In the morning of October 19, 2023, With the honored permission of H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government and Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, H.E. Dr. VIN Pheakdey, Deputy Director General of SERC, accompanied by Mr. KHUN Kimleang, Director of Securities Intermediaries Supervision Department, led colleagues in conducting an on-site inspection of Aegies Fund Management Plc. The company had submitted applications for the renewal of its Fund Management Company license, authorization to conduct business as a Fund Distributor, authorization to conduct business as a Fund Administrator, and an inspection of the installation of information technology systems and backup systems for the business operations of Aegies Fund Management Plc as a Fund Management Company, Fund Distributor, and Fund Administrator.
